Project Implementation

Once you've decided to begin your Intranet journey with us, we will help you every step of the way.

 

First we will arrange a Project Initiation Meeting with you, and put a plan into place detailing your project from start to finish.

 

Your Project Manager will be on hand to help you complete each stage of your project to ensure your intranet is delivered on time, within your allocated budget, and answer any questions you may have.

 

 

Planning and Installation

 

The first stage of your project will cover creating the plan, analysis of your goals and objectives, end-user expectations, intranet structure, confirmation of project dates, branding and design guidelines and contract agreement.

 

Once the plan is in place, we will liaise with you and the software provider to design and develop your intranet, working alongside your technical department to ensure the implementation runs smoothly.

 

 

Build and Content Migration

 

Stage two covers the build of your intranet, testing, content audit guidance, content migration and signoff.

 

We will work with you to ensure your intranet is easy to use, and provides a seemless user journey.

 

 

Training, Governance and Promotion

 

Once built and ready to use, the third stage incorporates training by one of our experienced team members.

 

Our trainer will visit you and your team to provide content management training. We offer different levels of training depending on the role of the participant. Please see Training & Support for more information.

 

When you are ready, we will advise on the best way to promote your new intranet ready for its launch.

 

 

Launch

 

Following on from your training sessions, our team will provide governance advice, to help you establish a set of rules and values to govern content, and collaboration advice to help encourage collaboration, communication, engagement and team motivation.

 

We will help you to build and implement a launch strategy, and be on hand to offer any support and guidance during your launch event.

 

This fourth and final stage will end the project once you have successfully launched.

 

 

When your project has been completed we will continue to offer you ongoing maintenance advice, performance reviews, training and support for the length of your contract.
